Subscriptions bought on our website
For purchases made on our website, we give more than the law requires: you may ask for a full refund within 14 days of the charge, including the first charge after a free trial, in Brazil and elsewhere. Write to [email protected].
Subscriptions purchased on our website are billed by Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record: it is the seller in that purchase, and its buyer terms also apply. The refund is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Subscriptions bought in the App Store
Purchases made in the App Store are refunded by Apple, through Apple's own process — we have no access to that payment and cannot process the refund.
Right of withdrawal
Under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of the purchase. For purchases made through the App Store, this right is exercised through Apple's refund channel.
Cancelling
Subscriptions bought on the website are cancelled in the account area, at account.lessi.pro. Cancelling turns off the renewal — it does not end the period you have already paid for. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in Settings › (your name) › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
